IREZUMI.
In Japan Irezumi 入れ墨 literally means - "inserting ink"
Irezumi is now more commonly regarded as the specialisation of traditional Japanese tattoos.The depiction of folklore characters and deities in tattoos has changed very little in the past few hundred years, it’s just the machines that are now used that modernise the art form.
Aaron has specialised in this form of traditional Japanese tattoos for the last 10 years.
In 2014 Aaron established Kings Ship Tattoo in Portsmouth, on the South coast of England. The studio is a unique and fresh environment, which is second to none in Portsmouth.
